Together, Vivian and Christa bring over 30 years of combined experience. They work closely together to ensure every client receives unmatched, tailored service in all facets of interior design and real estate.
Having a design professional on board at the outset of a property search helps our clients efficiently find and visualize properties with potential. Your final space will be unique to you and everything you envisioned.
Vivian Mulder, Principal Designer & Founder
Vivian has spent a lifetime devoting herself to artistic and technical design education. She holds a B.A. in Honors from Villanova University and an M.S. in Interior Architecture & Design from Drexel University. Her designs over the span of her career have earned multiple awards and accolades. Having worked with many of the area’s most reputable designers, architects and builders, she has been able to gain a wealth of valuable experience and has developed long-standing client and professional relationships.
Vivian lives with her two sons in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, who keep her very young at heart. With maternal family from Southern Spain and having grown up traveling extensively in Europe, classical European design principles underpin her modern and clean aesthetic.
Christa Ward, Realtor & Founder
Christa Ward, raised in the Midwest, shaped a distinctive academic path at the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in "Marketing Psychology in Advertising," merging social science and business. Her innovative background launched a vibrant career in California, where she collaborated with renowned entrepreneur Tony Robbins, gaining significant experience in marketing, negotiating and event planning (including a highlight of organizing a champagne dinner on the Great Wall of China).
Christa's career progressed rapidly as she ascended to leadership roles, including Vice President and Senior Business Development positions in advertising and marketing. Her real estate expertise now focuses on luxury homes in Bucks, Montgomery, and Lehigh Counties. She enjoys life and travel with her husband, four children, and their spirited dog and muse: Koda.
